For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Bahria University seeks SMD screen procurement and installation for an auditorium—a turnkey goods-plus-installation contract.
Scale appears medium; the extended closing date (Sept 2026) suggests standard lead time rather than urgency. LCBS methodology means cost will dominate evaluation over technical merit. Sourcing quality SMD panels and managing installation in an institutional setting are operational considerations. One-off project tied to FY 2026-27 budget allocation.
Who can bid: Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory. Bidder must provide bid security (pay order or declaration per bidding documents). PEC registration status not explicitly stated; typically, equipment suppliers and installation contractors require relevant SECP registration and valid NTN. Construction/installation experience credentials likely required—verify in full tender document.
