Procurement of Goods and Services through Framework Contract by Police School of Information & Analysis

The Police School of Information & Analysis, Chung Lahore, Government of Punjab is inviting sealed bids on a framework contract basis for the procurement of goods and services for the financial year 2026-2027. The total estimated cost of this tender is PKR 50.5 million, covering sixteen different heads of accounts including hot and cold weather charges, POL charges for lubricants, stationery, printing and publication, conference and seminar materials, computer stationery, free meals, training aids, beds and boxes, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, and various repair and maintenance services. The framework contract will be executed in Lahore, Punjab, and is open to all interested firms and bidders throughout the province.

Bidders must be registered with the Taxes Department and hold valid I.T Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax registrations. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security deposit equivalent to three percent of the estimated price, to be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. Detail specifications and quantities of items will be provided to participating firms along with the official bidding documents, with the provision that quantities may increase or decrease based on fund availability in different quarters.

Interested firms and bidders may obtain complete bidding documents from the DIG/Commandant, Police School of Information & Analysis, Chung Lahore, by submitting a written request. Sealed bids must be delivered on or before July 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with late bids being rejected. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participating firms or their authorized representatives.
