Supply of Chicken, Mutton, Beef and Eggs for Cadet College Okara

Cadet College Okara invites sealed bids for the supply of fresh chicken, mutton, beef and eggs to meet the mess dry and daily use requirements of the college in Punjab. The tender covers an estimated monthly requirement of 3000 kilograms of chicken, 600 kilograms of beef, and 600 dozen eggs, with fish supplies of 1000 kilograms during winter months. The contract will operate on a running rate concept basis and remain valid for one year from August 2026 to July 2027, excluding summer and winter vacations, long weekends and holidays. All meat products must be slaughtered within the college premises in compliance with hygienic standards and Islamic Sharia principles, with fresh items only accepted and rotten or frozen products strictly rejected.

Eligible bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 75,000 representing 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Principal Cadet College Okara. Applicants are required to provide a valid National Identity Card, Income Tax Number or Non-Filer status, a Professional Tax Certificate covering a minimum of three years, and an affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper certifying that the firm is not blacklisted. All pages of tender documents must be signed and stamped by the firm, and incomplete tenders without required documents will be rejected. The successful bidder must provide additional performance guarantee of Rs. 125,000 within three days of tender acceptance.

Tender submission deadline is July 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids to be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of the Technical and Evaluation Committee and authorized bidder representatives. Contractors must quote rates as percentages below, at par or above the official Okara Market Committee retail prices, with all rates inclusive of income tax. Daily demand lists will be provided by the college at night, and payment will be made on a fifteen-day basis after bill scrutiny within four to five working days.
