Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Mailsi, located in District Vehari, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers nine commodity lots including wheat products, pulses, sugar, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef/veal, fresh milk, and vegetables and fruits, with a combined estimated tender value of approximately Rs 58.16 million. Items will be delivered and offloaded at both school store-rooms. The tender is open to experienced and financially sound businesses registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All bids must be submitted lot-wise and inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, freight, loading and unloading expenses. The primary objective is to ensure uninterrupted supply of safe, hygienic and nutritionally adequate food for boarding students, with quality, food safety, reliability and continuity of supply taking precedence over price considerations.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid business registration. Each lot requires submission of bid security equivalent to one percent of the estimated tender amount, payable in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order through the e-Procurement Portal Punjab with Bank of Punjab. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the e-Procurement Punjab portal using Single Stage two envelope procedures. Participation through the e-Procurement Portal is compulsory for all interested bidders. Only shortlisted bidders meeting technical requirements will have their financial bids opened.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, 10th September 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of Daanish School (Boys) Mailsi. The last date for bid submission is Tuesday, 15th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids being opened at 10:30 AM on the same day.
