Description / Scope of Work
Daanish Schools (Boys & Girls) Jand, Attock in collaboration with Punjab Daanish Schools and Centers of Excellence Authority is inviting sealed bids for procurement of dietary items under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This is a multi-lot procurement covering nine commodity categories: wheat products, pulses, sugar, eggs, chicken, mutton, beef/veal, fresh milk, and vegetables and fruits. The total estimated contract value exceeds Rs. 46.17 million across all lots, with individual lot values ranging from approximately Rs. 2.04 million to Rs. 11.93 million. All supplies will be delivered to school store-rooms in Jand, Attock. The procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 framework contract methodology to ensure uninterrupted supply of safe, hygienic and nutritionally adequate food for boarding students.
Eligible bidders must be experienced and financially sound business enterprises registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments as per statutory requirements. Each bidder must submit bid security equivalent to one percent of the estimated cost for each lot they wish to quote, in the form of a CDR, demand draft, or postal order. Bids must be submitted following a single-stage two-envelope procedure with separate technical and financial envelopes. Technical bids will be evaluated based on lot-wise criteria that prioritize quality, food safety, reliability and continuity of supply over price considerations.
