Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Office Bhakkar invites sealed bids through open competitive e-procurement for a framework contract covering repair and maintenance services for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope includes repair of transport vehicles, machinery, furniture and fixtures, information technology equipment, road and safety items, hot and cold equipment, sports items, and other building works. The total estimated budget is approximately Rs. 71 million across eight service categories, with transport repair representing the largest allocation at Rs. 22 million. This framework contract will be executed at the District Police Office location in Bhakkar, Punjab.
Eligible bidders include all suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized sales and service dealers who are not under blacklist declaration by any government department. Bidders must possess valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax registration certificates. Bid security of two percent of the estimated cost for each item category must be submitted in the form of a certified cheque, pay order, or demand draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and is open to all qualified bidders meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria.
Interested bidders may download the complete bidding documents from the e-procurement portal and the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted and uploaded through the e-procurement system before 12:00 PM on 30th July 2026. The bid opening will occur at 1:00 PM on the same date at the District Police Office, Bhakkar, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
