Procurement of Tools for Kitchen Gardening by NIDA-Pakistan

NIDA-Pakistan invites sealed bids for the procurement of tools for kitchen gardening under tender reference IFT #18. This procurement initiative aims to supply gardening tool kits to support kitchen gardening activities in the locations of Besham and Chitral in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The scope covers the supply of complete tool kits with specifications as detailed in the attached tender document. Interested vendors are required to submit their bids in accordance with the procurement guidelines and timelines established by NIDA-Pakistan.

Vendors must meet specified eligibility criteria to qualify for bid evaluation. The tender requires a minimum of two previous Purchase Orders or Service Agreements for similar kitchen gardening tool supplies. All bidders must comply with standard procurement requirements and provide necessary documentation to support their technical and financial capability. Sample assessment will be conducted to ensure compliance with required specifications and quality standards.

Bid evaluation will be conducted on a 100-point scale comprising financial evaluation worth 70 marks, sample assessment worth 20 marks, and previous experience credit of 10 marks allocated at 5 marks per Purchase Order.
