For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PAC Mirage Rebuild Factory seeks multiple aviation consumables, spare parts, chemicals, and equipment—a mixed procurement likely supporting aircraft maintenance/rebuild operations.
Scale appears medium to large given diversity of items and PAC's defence-industrial profile. Critical note: delivery must commence immediately per PO terms with zero extension tolerance except emergencies; this suggests operational urgency and low flexibility for logistics delays. Unregistered suppliers face 5% earnest money penalty, signalling preference for established, compliant vendors. Quality documentation burden (MSDS, TDS, certs, calibration) is substantial—typical for defence/aerospace but demanding.
Who can bid: PACB registration on FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL) mandatory. Bidders must hold valid Sales Tax Registration and NTN; professional tax registration with provincial authority required. Unregistered firms may bid but must lodge 5% earnest money as bank draft/CDR. Typically, defence supply contracts also require no-blacklist status and prior PAC experience, though not explicitly stated here.
