Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), Regional Headquarters Office Lahore, invites pre-qualification applications from vendors and firms for provision of operation and maintenance services of ATS panels, LT/HT switchgear, UPS systems and related equipment at the RHO NADRA facility located at 73-Trade Center, M.A. Johar Town Lahore, Punjab. This prequalification process is conducted under National Competitive Bidding in accordance with Public Procurement Ordinance 2002 and Public Procurement Rules 2004. Selected vendors will be invited to sign framework agreements for supply of goods and services on a call-off basis as required by the procuring agency. The IFP reference number is NADRA-RHO LHR-IFP/2026/LTHT with a planned timeline of July 2026.
Applicants must meet the qualification criteria and requirements prescribed in Section III of the prequalification document, which evaluates the capacity and capability of vendors for reliable supply and maintenance services.
