Description / Scope of Work
National Engineering Services Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. (NESPAK) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of office stationery goods. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and has been allocated reserved funds to cover eligible payments under the contract. The procurement will be conducted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement reference number is P57986 and detailed specifications for all items and lots are provided in the bidding documents.
All bidders must be eligible and registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. The bidding process is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the relevant authority.
