Description / Scope of Work
Special Branch Headquarters, Punjab Police Department, Lahore invites e-bids on a framework contract basis for the procurement of ten heads of accounts totaling an estimated value of 52 million Pakistani rupees for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes stationery (10 million), computer stationery (4 million), miscellaneous supplies (8 million), feeding charges (20 million), IT equipment (4 million), computer hardware (1 million), software (2 million), entertainment and gifts (1 million), and printing and publication (2 million). E-bids comprising separate technical and financial proposal packages must be submitted online by 11:00 AM on 14 September 2026. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives; financial proposals remain sealed until after technical evaluation.
