Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited invites bids for the procurement, installation, integration, commissioning and support of an enterprise VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) solution under tender reference P-41/2026. This is a goods procurement initiative classified as a national single stage two envelope tender. The project encompasses the supply of enterprise-grade virtualization infrastructure, hardware components, software licenses, integration services with existing systems, comprehensive commissioning support, and ongoing technical support services. The scope of work includes detailed specifications for VDI deployment architecture, user session management capabilities, performance optimization, and system reliability requirements as outlined in Annexure A. The procuring organization is based in Islamabad, Capital Territory, and serves the national procurement scope.
Eligible bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant past experience in enterprise VDI implementations, current contract performance status, and demonstrated average annual turnover as detailed in the bid data sheet. Interested bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration and provide performance guarantee documentation.
