Pre-Qualification for Religious Ceremonies and Event Services by District Administration Khushab

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Khushab invites pre-qualification applications from sound, tax-registered firms, vendors, contractors and stores with reputable business history and experience in quality supplies and services. The procuring agency seeks qualified bidders to provide comprehensive supplies and services for various events and activities in Khushab district, including religious ceremonies, national celebrations, Ramzan Bazaar arrangements, elections support, arrivals of local dignitaries, government meetings, VVIP movements, security and protocol services, and emergency situation management. The contract period extends from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, covering the financial year 2026-27, with location varying across different streets and villages throughout the Khushab district in Punjab province.

Eligible bidders must be tax-registered firms with relevant experience in organizing similar events and services. Applicants are required to submit pre-qualification documents through the electronic procurement platform. The technical proposals will be evaluated against prescribed eligibility criteria and bidding documents. Only technically qualified and responsive firms will be considered for financial proposal evaluation. Contracts will be awarded on a lot-wise basis to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder among technically qualified firms, subject to compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Applications with original signatures and stamps must be uploaded on www.eprocure.gov.pk before 29 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 12:00 Noon in the presence of participants or their authorized representatives. Successful bidders will receive 100 percent payment through crossed cheque upon task completion and submission of service delivery certificates.
