Construction of 02 Farmhouses Balance Works in Sector-01 by DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of two farmhouses: FH#01 measuring 2000 square yards and FH#65 measuring 3000 square yards, along with balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi located at KM 50, Motorway M-9 in Sindh province. The project falls under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. This is a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure open to eligible contractors and firms only.

Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 and be listed as active tax payers. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable), payable as a Pay Order in favor of DHA City Karachi. Bid documents can be obtained from the Technical & Contract Section at DHAC Karachi on 16 July 2026 upon submission of a written request and the prescribed fee, along with a valid PEC Registration Certificate. Bid Security equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted with the bid in the form of a Pay Order.

Sealed bids in original format should be delivered at the T&C Section, DHAC Karachi on or before 1430 hours on 06 August 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives with authority letters. DHA reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
