Farmhouse Construction (FH#62) at DHA City Karachi

Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of one farmhouse (FH#62) spanning 3000 square yards, with balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi, Sindh. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure open to eligible contractors and firms. The project falls under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. The tender document fee is Rs. 2,000, which is non-refundable. Interested bidders can obtain bid documents from the Technical & Contract (T&C) Section at DHA City Karachi on 16 July 2026 by submitting a written request and payment of the prescribed fee in the form of a pay order.

Eligibility for bidding requires valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 and an active tax payer status. Bidders must submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid amount in the form of a pay order made payable to DHA City Karachi.
