Editing and Proofreading Services for PTA Annual Report 2026

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites requests for proposals for consultancy services related to editing and proofreading of PTA's Annual Report 2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The service is a consultancy engagement for quality assurance and editorial refinement of the annual corporate report. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and will be executed at the federal level from PTA's headquarters in Islamabad.

Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this single-stage, one-envelope procurement process. The selection will be based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique. All proposals must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM.
