Prequalification of Chemist/Pharmacy for Medicine Supply at WAPDA Hospital Tarbela

WAPDA Hospital Tarbela invites prequalification applications from chemists and pharmacies for supply of medicines on-demand basis for the financial year 2026-27. The prequalification process aims to identify qualified bidders who will subsequently be invited to participate in competitive e-bidding for execution of a framework agreement for daily medicine supply to registered patients through green slip at WAPDA Hospital Tarbela and allied Dispensary Tarbela in Punjab. This procurement notice is published under reference PRD(L)/WAPDA/014(2026-27) and covers the supply of pharmaceutical products to support hospital operations and patient care across the facility.

Eligible applicants must be registered chemists or pharmacy businesses with valid registration from the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. Bidders must demonstrate compliance with the Drug Act 1976 and maintain active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with current NTN status. The prequalification process is open to all local and national applicants who meet these eligibility requirements and can provide the required documentation as specified in the prequalification documents.

Prequalification documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements are available to registered bidders on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Submission of prequalification documents must be made online through EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The closing date for submission of prequalification forms is 03 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Information regarding the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rules-48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 is available on the EPADS portal.
