This is a framework supply contract for pharmaceuticals and hospital consumables valued at Rs.
50 lakhs for a full financial year, recurring annually. Eligibility is restricted to licensed pharmacy distributors (Category A DSL holders), making it unsuitable for non-licensed traders. The e-procurement platform requirement demands digital literacy and timely online submission; any delay before 09:00 AM on 15-09-2026 results in automatic rejection. The 2% bid security and 120-day validity create moderate financial commitment. This is a steady-state, institutional supply arrangement typical of government hospital procurement.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold a valid retail drug sale license (Category A, Form No. 9) issued by the pharmacy regulatory authority, or have applied for computerized DSL with proof. Typically, Category A DSL holders must be individuals or registered firms with premises, inventory and qualified staff. NTN and GST registration are mandatory. No blacklisting by government, semi-government or private institutions. No pending litigation in Pakistani courts.
