Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantonment, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of one electric pallet stacker with a capacity of 1.5 ton. This is a single stage two envelope tender issued on FOR (Free On Rail) basis under tender reference number IT-7515/UASF/FOR-B/SCMD. The procurement encompasses the equipment supply along with a schedule of spares as detailed in the tender documents. This notice is part of a combined tender inquiry comprising two separate procurements, with this item spanning pages 2 through 58 of the complete tender package.
Participating firms must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the tender documents and shall be required to submit a Certificate of Eligibility along with a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of earnest money as per the Bid Security / Earnest Money Form (Annexure F). The tender follows a standard bidding document format with separate technical and commercial proposals required within a single envelope. Performance and warranty bank guarantees as well as an Integrity Pact commitment are mandatory from successful bidders.
