Goods and Services Procurement by District Police Officer Ghizer

The Office of the District Police Officer Ghizer invites sealed tenders from well-reputed and registered Government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors for the procurement of various categories of goods and services for the DPO office Ghizer for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement includes TPT charges for SCPs, stationery, feeding diet food for SCPs, other miscellaneous items, transport services and Shandoor Polo Festival arrangements. All procurement shall be processed in accordance with GB PPRA Rules under S.R.O. 1665(1)/2023. The tenders will be evaluated based on sealed bidding procedures with call deposits ranging from 5% of total bid value for most items to PKR 100,000 for Shandoor Polo Festival services. The last date for tender submission is 03 August 2026, with tenders closing at 11:00 AM and opening commencing at 11:30 AM on the same date at DPO office Ghizer.

Eligibility criteria require bidders to be sole proprietors with complete setup including own shop or workshop in Gilgit Town or as authorized dealers/agents in Islamabad. Contractors and suppliers must demonstrate relevant work experience in their field with duly attested registration certificates and vendor numbers. Only registered Government contractors are eligible to bid. Bid security or call deposit must be submitted in the form of bank draft or pay order from a scheduled bank in the name of DPO Ghizer; tenders without this security will not be accepted. All applicable taxes are to be included in the bid price and borne by the contractor.

Sealed tenders should be submitted to the undersigned before the closing date and time of 11:00 AM on 03 August 2026. The tenders will be opened by committee on the same date and time in the presence of contractors, suppliers or their authorized representatives at DPO office Ghizer. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1). Conditional, ambiguous or incomplete tenders shall not be accepted.
