Supply of Stationery, Printing Materials and Computer Items by Central Army Press

General Headquarters QMG Branch, Central Army Press invites tenders from all interested suppliers, vendors and firms registered with GHQ in accordance with PPRA 2004 for the supply of miscellaneous general store and stationery items, PS plates and CTCP plates, printing material chemicals and POL items, spare parts of machines and equipment, repair and maintenance of machines and equipment, various types of papers cards boards and binding material, and computer related items and toners. The procurement is scheduled for the financial year 2026-2027 and will be conducted from the Central Army Press located at GHQ Reception Gate, Rawalpindi in Punjab province. Quotations must include the cost in Pakistani rupees with all applicable taxes included, validity of rates for the entire financial year 2026-27, and assurance of delivery within 20 days at CAP. Eligible bidders must be registered with GHQ in accordance with PPRA 2004 regulations. Tender documents will be available at the Central Army Press reception gate. Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the General Manager, Central Army Press, GHQ QMG Branch, Unique Road, Rawalpindi, and must reach CAP reception gate no later than 1100 hours on 17 August 2026.
