Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Shangla, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites online electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the execution of three annual repair and maintenance works for completed water supply schemes in District Shangla during the financial year 2026-27. The first contract covers civil works for water supply schemes in Sub Division Alpuri with an estimated cost of Rs. 4,600,000. The second contract addresses civil maintenance works for Sub Division Puran with an identical estimated cost of Rs. 4,600,000. The third contract encompasses electrical and mechanical maintenance services for water supply schemes across the entire District Shangla with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,000,000. All works are located in the Shangla district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and are critical for sustaining the operational efficiency of existing water supply infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), KP Revenue Authority (KPRA), and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) to be eligible. For electrical and mechanical works, contractors must provide approval certificates from the Superintending Engineer PHE circle Swat, renewal of electrical inspector license certificates, HL department enlistment, required PEC codes (CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07, EE-11), active registration with KP Revenue Authority, CNIC of workshop owner, and a comprehensive list of available machinery and equipment. Bid security must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt equal to 2% of the estimated cost in favor of the undersigned, along with applicable stamp duty and 0.03% bidding fee. All mandatory documents must be scanned and uploaded with the online bid submission.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the E-PADS website at kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-PADS Portal in compliance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. The final submission deadline is 30 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of government contractors or their authorized representatives.
