AM&R and Special Repair Works (Civil and Electrical) by Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar

Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar, a Medical Teaching Institution in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids for Aids, Maintenance and Repair (AM&R) and Special Repair works comprising eleven separate contracts. The procurement includes civil works across six zones and various facilities (waiting areas, tube wells, roads, residential colony, and hostels) with estimated values ranging from PKR 6 million to PKR 179.5 million, alongside electrical works across zones and facilities valued between PKR 10 million and PKR 35 million. Total project scope exceeds PKR 400 million. The works are to be executed at Lady Reading Hospital premises in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal.

Bidders must be registered with C&W (Chambers and Works) and Pakistan Engineering Council with valid Electrical Inspector Licenses for electrical works. Firms must be registered with Income or Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Each bid requires 2% bid security of the estimated cost submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Hospital Director. A separate non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 must be deposited in MCB Bank account 0847608141003952 for each tender. Bidders are required to meet PEC category requirements specified for each contract, ranging from C4 to C6 with specific engineering discipline codes.

Bid Solicitation Documents (BSDs) are available for download from the KPPRA E-PADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bidders must upload clear scanned copies of their bids and supporting documents through E-PADS on or before 06 August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM at the Committee Room/AHD office at Lady Reading Hospital, Peshawar. Pre-bid meetings are scheduled for 23 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Original hard copies of bid security and tender fee must be physically submitted to the hospital on or before the tender opening date.
