Annual Contract for Supply of Tractors and Equipment on Rent Basis by Municipal Corporation Faisalabad

Municipal Corporation Faisalabad invites electronic bids from eligible, experienced, tax-registered, and financially sound firms and suppliers for an Annual Frame Work Contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement covers services for the supply of tractors, hydraulic tractor trolleys, Mazda and Hyundai vehicles, Rosi tractors with diesel engines featuring front and end blades, and related equipment on a rental basis. This comprehensive tendering process is being conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the applicable provisions of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. The primary procurement item has an earnest money requirement of Rs. 5,000,000 and covers multiple categories of equipment and services essential for municipal operations in Faisalabad, Punjab.

Eligible bidders must be experienced contractors with proper tax registration and sound financial standing. Bids will be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System only, and all submissions must be made electronically. The procurement follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. A bid security equivalent to three percent of the estimated cost or value of quoted items shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, Pay Orders, or cheques will not be accepted. Submission of hard copies of bids is not required, and incomplete, incorrect, unverifiable, or improperly submitted bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be electronically uploaded until 11:00 AM on 29 July 2026 and will remain confidential until opening at 12:00 PM the same day at the Iqbal Hall MCF office in Faisalabad. The Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their representatives who wish to attend the opening session may do so. If the scheduled opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
