Description / Scope of Work
The Urban Sector Planning and Management Services Unit (Private) Limited is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of green mesh with installation services across eight markets in Lahore City, Punjab. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The estimated project value is PKR 8,896,720 with a scope covering green mesh procurement and complete installation at multiple market locations throughout Lahore. The procurement reference number is UU/2026-27/03.
Eligible bidders must be sole proprietors, firms, or companies registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and with relevant authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Income Tax Department, and Sales Tax (GST) Department. A bid security of PKR 177,934 (equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated amount) is required from all participants. All bidders must be properly registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System to participate.

Bids must be submitted by 5th August 2026 before 11:00 AM through the Punjab E-Procurement System, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
