Urban Unit seeks green mesh procurement and installation across 8 Lahore markets—a medium-scale infrastructure beautification project worth ~PKR 8.9M.
The tight August 2026 deadline (submission and opening same day) signals this is a one-off project with defined scope. Installation work across multiple sites suggests logistical coordination is critical. Bidders must be digitally capable (Punjab e-procurement system mandatory) and tax-registered. Competition likely moderate given the niche nature and technical installation requirement.
Who can bid: Bidders must be sole proprietors, firms, or companies registered with Punjab E-Procurement System, FBR, Income Tax Department, and GST (Sales Tax) Department. Typically, SECP registration required for private companies; PEC registration not mentioned but may be needed depending on final classification. No explicit PEC category stated.
