Description / Scope of Work
The District Health Authority Gujrat invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the local purchase of medicines, drugs, surgical items and disposable goods for the financial year 2026-27. This framework contract procurement is valued at 4.5 million Pakistani Rupees and is intended for use at THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa, located in the Punjab Province. The tender covers a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical and medical supplies required for the hospital's operational needs under the supervision of the Medical Superintendent's office.
Bidders must submit a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated contract cost. Eligible firms should be properly registered and authorized to supply pharmaceutical and medical items in Pakistan. All quotations must include current government taxes and duties as applicable. Prospective bidders are required to provide samples of quoted items along with their bid submissions, and substandard or broken-sealed samples will not be accepted. The tender will be opened on the same date and time at the Office of Medical Superintendent, THQ Level Hospital Lalamusa. Delivery must be completed within 10 working days from the date of supply order, with penalties of 2 percent per month for late delivery.
