Bidding Procedure: Single Stage – One Envelope procedure. The single envelope must contain both the Financial Proposal and the technical evaluation documents. Submission Method: Bids must be uploaded electronically via the EPADS (E-Procurement) portal, and the original hard copies must also be submitted to the SCTC office. Earnest Money: Bidders must submit a 2% Earnest Money deposit of the total bid value along with the pay order for the tender fee to the SCTC Sakrand office by the deadline.
