For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a small, recurring FCS (rate/rebate on MRP) supply contract for a single WAPDA medical facility at Jinnah HPS, Kalabagh - not a hospital-scale tender.
The Rs.30,000 bid security signals low contract value, likely suited to local Kalabagh/Mianwali-area chemists rather than large pharma distributors. Annual renewal pattern suggests incumbent suppliers may have an edge, but new local chemists meeting FBR/ATL criteria can compete. Deadline is far out (Aug 2026), giving ample preparation time. Margin depends on rebate percentage offered on MRP, so competitive pricing on rebate is the key differentiator here.
Who can bid: Must be a local chemist with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, appearing on FBR's Active Tax Payers List (ATL), and registered on the PPRA e-portal/EPADS. Typically NTN and sales tax certificate, plus scheduled-bank CDR/bank guarantee for bid security, are required for such supply tenders.
