Supply of Medicines to Jinnah HPS Employees by WAPDA

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids from local chemists registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply of medicines to employees of Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA, Kalabagh. This procurement is for a twelve-month contract period with an estimated scope covering medicines for the medical facility at Jinnah HPS on FCS basis with rebate on MRP. The tender is issued through the Resident Engineer at Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kalabagh in Punjab, with electronic bidding conducted on the EPADS platform.

Eligible bidders must be registered local chemists holding valid Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates and appearing on the Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Registered bidders on the PPRA e-portal are required to participate. A bid security of Rs. 30,000 must be submitted as a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in the name of RE JHP Station Kalabagh, Account Number 1583371/00642 (IBAN: PK 10 UNIL 0112158337100642). The bid security copy along with the original CDR or bank guarantee must be uploaded with electronic bids before the closing deadline.

E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before 04.08.2026 by 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for the same date at 1030 hours in the Conference Room of the Office of Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kalabagh.
