Ceiling Lights and LED Profiles Procurement by IBA Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of ceiling lights and related LED lighting equipment under Request for Quotation RFQ-003892. The procurement scope includes aluminium LED profiles 1.5 inches wide with double LED 4000K technology (90 feet), blade lights 30W 4000K (16 units), LED adapters 300 watts and 400 watts rated at 12 volts, exclusive track lights 20W 3000K (2 units), and track light rail in black finish (1 meter). All items must be of Artelux brand or equivalent quality. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. Samples are mandatory for quality approval and the order is subject to sample approval of all items before final processing and supply.

Eligible bidders must submit quotations meeting IBA's technical specifications and quality standards as outlined. The procurement is open to responsive bidders capable of supplying items conforming to the stated specifications. Bid security and advance payment arrangements are subject to bank guarantees as per IBA's payment terms. All applicable government taxes including sales tax, income tax, and stamp duty at 0.35% on the total purchase order value will be charged as per applicable rates and SRO notifications.
