For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual framework/rate contract for outsourced laboratory testing services at a single social security hospital, relatively small in estimated value (Rs 7 lakh), suggesting limited volume suited to local or mid-sized diagnostic labs rather than large national chains. The mandatory ISO 15189 and PHC registration requirement will filter out unaccredited local labs, narrowing competition. Bidders should note the strict requirement to physically deposit original bid security via Bank of Punjab before the deadline, as late submission causes automatic rejection despite valid e-bid submission.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with the Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) and hold ISO 15189 accreditation for laboratory testing services; firms blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI/SSH are excluded. Typically NTN, GST registration, financial statements and relevant experience certificates are also required for such healthcare service outsourcing tenders.
