For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual reagent-rental tender rather than a one-off equipment purchase, meaning suppliers who win typically lock in a year-long consumables supply relationship with steady revenue, though profitability depends on volume of tests run. At roughly Rs. 7.7 million estimated value, this is a small-scale hospital lab contract suited to mid-sized diagnostic equipment suppliers or distributors already active in government hospital reagent rental schemes rather than large multinational diagnostics firms.
Who can bid: Bidders must be active Sales Tax and Income Tax registered suppliers not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI, with demonstrated technical, financial and managerial capacity. Typically for reagent rental lab equipment tenders, bidders are also expected to hold relevant drug/medical equipment registration and possess prior experience supplying diagnostic reagents to public sector hospitals.
