For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a recurring annual rate-contract/framework tender for biomedical spare parts, accessories and consumables, indicating ongoing demand rather than a one-off purchase, which suits suppliers seeking long-term institutional relationships. Restriction to manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers narrows competition, favoring established medical equipment trading firms with OEM authorization letters rather than general traders. Lot-wise bidding with brand name disclosure suggests strict technical scrutiny; bidders should prepare authorization documents and pricing certificates well in advance.
Who can bid: Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers of foreign principals, registered on e-PADS and with relevant registration and tax authorities (NTN/GST typically required). Sole agency or OEM authorization letters are typically needed given the restriction to manufacturers/sole agents for biomedical spares procurement.
