For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a routine equipment procurement for a specialized forensic science lab, likely moderate in value given the limited item list (lab equipment, freezer, thermometers). Suppliers of scientific/lab instruments with existing government supply experience have an edge, since technical compliance and price reasonability certificates suggest strict technical evaluation. The heavy documentation checklist (13+ items) means smaller vendors unfamiliar with e-procurement compliance may face processing delays or disqualification risk.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN registration and be active taxpayers in both GST and Income Tax categories per FBR records. A Professional Tax Certificate for 2026-27 is mandatory. Typically for lab equipment supply tenders, prior experience supplying scientific instruments to government or forensic institutions and manufacturer authorization letters may also be expected, though not explicitly stated here.
