Pakistan Petroleum Limited invites bids for the supply of spares for Emerson make UPS systems under tender reference PD/O&M/PP/34384/26. This procurement covers replacement parts and components required for the uninterruptible power supply equipment used across PPL's operational facilities in Sindh Province. The tender is open to qualified suppliers with relevant experience in providing genuine or approved alternative UPS spares that meet PPL's technical and quality specifications.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid business registration documents. Suppliers are required to meet PPL's vendor qualification criteria and provide evidence of their ability to supply authentic Emerson-make components or equivalent approved alternatives. Security and performance guarantees as per tender terms may be required. All bids must be submitted through PPL's e-procurement portal at https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk in compliance with the Instructions for Bidders.
