For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a recurring annual framework tender covering nine distinct categories, so bidders can specialize in one or more lots rather than bidding for the entire package, reducing capital exposure. The Rs. 195 million total scale suggests multiple mid-sized suppliers rather than a single large contractor will be awarded work. Repair-related lots require Building Department affiliation, narrowing eligibility for construction-related items, while trading firms can target the smaller internet supply lot (Rs. 3 million). The strict e-procurement-only submission and no-late-entry policy demand early portal registration and document preparation.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold NTN, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax registration; building repair contractors must be affiliated with the Building Department, and internet suppliers must be registered trading firms. Typically, construction-related lots would also require PEC registration, though this is not explicitly stated in the notice.
