The Office of the Sr. Superintendent of Police, Special Branch Gujranwala Region, Punjab, has invited sealed bids under Tender No. 01 for the annual rate contract of miscellaneous supplies and services required by the Special Branch for the financial year 2026-27. The scope covers transport repair and maintenance, supply of mobile oil, batteries and filters, tyres, tubes and flaps, miscellaneous furniture and decoration items, stationery and publications, machinery repair, and kitchen items. The contract, once awarded, will remain valid for rates up to 30 June 2027 and firms will be required to supply goods at the agreed rates whenever demanded during the fiscal year.

Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 3% of the tender amount in favor of the SP Special Branch Gujranwala Region as bid security; bids without the CDR will not be accepted. The tendering process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014, including Rule 35 regarding recourse and grievance redressal.
