For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

This is a recurring annual hospital consumables tender for X-ray items, likely covering films, chemicals, or imaging supplies rather than capital equipment, given the FY-based naming. Scale appears modest to medium, typical of a single hospital's yearly consumption. Suppliers must be manufacturers, sole agents or sole importers, restricting participation for smaller trading firms without principal authorization letters. The lot-wise submission rule and strict rejection for wrong-lot submissions demand careful attention to bid packaging on e-PADS.
Who can bid: Bidders must be manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers of foreign principals, registered on e-PADS and with relevant tax and registration authorities (typically NTN, sales tax registration). Trading firms without manufacturer/agent status are not eligible. Standard government supplier registration and tax compliance certificates are typically required for medical consumable tenders.
