For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a consumables supply contract of moderate scale (combined estimate around Rs. 6.4 million) split into two lots, allowing smaller printing/stationery suppliers to bid on either receipt or journal rolls without needing capacity for both. ATM consumables contracts like this are typically repeat business for banks, so a good first delivery could lead to future orders. The 2% per-lot bid security and mandatory tax-inclusive pricing mean bidders must have registered tax status and working capital ready before bidding on the e-procurement portal.
Who can bid: The notice does not specify formal eligibility criteria beyond compliance with Schedule-A technical requirements and tax-inclusive pricing. Bidders typically require active NTN and GST/sales tax registration, a Punjab e-Procurement System account, and the ability to furnish 2% bid security per lot to participate.
