Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Board of Revenue invites sealed bids for the procurement of bullet proof jackets and helmets for all Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) across Indus Sites in Pakistan. This is a one-envelope bidding process under the Procurement Regulations for FBR Borrowers, FBR Funded September 2023. The scope encompasses the supply of 250 jackets and 250 helmets meeting specified ballistic protection standards. Bid submission closes on 27 August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted; Late bids will be rejected. Bid opening will occur in the presence of designated representatives of the bidders and higher authorities. Technical specifications and detailed requirements for the bullet proof jackets and helmets are contained in the bid document. The Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form must accompany all bids.
