Sports Board Punjab invites sealed bids for the auction of running a canteen at the International Level Tennis Stadium located within Nishtar Park Sports Complex in Lahore, Punjab. The contract reference is DD(SBP)3-9/2026(Part-02) and is advertised under notification IPL-7329. The canteen operation comprises two distinct areas: a covered area of approximately 1,872 square feet and an un-covered open space of approximately 4,677 square feet, for a combined operational area of about 6,549 square feet. The estimated monthly rent and operational value is set at Rs. 190,653, with the contract to be executed for an initial period of 60 years and renewable thereafter.
Procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024, following a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure as prescribed under the Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested bidders, including contractors, firms, and companies registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as active filers, may participate. Bid security is required in the amount of Rs. 228,064 (10 percent of the per annum estimate/reserve price), payable as a CDR, pay order, or bank guarantee from a scheduled Pakistani bank in the name of the Director General Sports and Youth Affairs, Sports Board Punjab.
Bidders must submit completed bidding documents by 10th August, 2026 (Monday) at 11:45 AM positively. Financial proposals and the sealed bids will be opened by the Procurement Committee on the same day, 16th August, 2026 (Monday) at 12:15 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All required information and mandatory conditions must be fulfilled as outlined in the bidding documents; bids not meeting these conditions will not be evaluated.
