The Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites bids from registered contractors for the installation of a new 01-No 2-CFS capacity tubewell at Akbar Chowk Tee No. 05, UC-71 in Islamapura subdivision, Lahore, Punjab. This procurement involves replacement of a defunct T5 tubewell and is valued at Rs. 24,504,707 in total estimated cost. The project falls under the jurisdiction of WASA Lahore and forms part of essential water and sanitation infrastructure maintenance for the city.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with valid specialization codes (CR-09, CR-10 & ME-06) as per PEC requirements. Bidders must also hold active Filer and ADSN status with the Federal Board of Revenue and provide digital bid security equal to 3 percent of estimated cost (Rs. 735,141.21). Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 08-08-2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Technical and financial bids will be opened simultaneously on the same day at 11:30 AM. All submissions must be in PDF format with virus detection completed. Bids remain valid for 120 days from opening date. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any bid prior to acceptance under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
