Description / Scope of Work
The Inspector General Headquarters, Frontier Corps (North) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, invites sealed tenders for the auction of non-serviceable scrap materials currently held at EME Wing Shakes Garrison, Khyber District. The scrap includes batteries, tyres with tubes, spare parts for various vehicles, and workshop tools of different sizes and types. Tenders must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 5 August 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day. The auction is conducted on an "as is where is" basis. Tender documents containing complete specifications and terms and conditions are mandatory for all prospective bidders and are available from EME Wing Shakes Garrison, Khyber District during office hours 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM for a fee of PKR 6,000.
Each tender must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to five percent of the total estimated value, submitted as either a bank draft or cash deposit receipt (CDR). Prospective bidders are required to present their tender documents during inspection to view the scrap materials. Inspections may be conducted from 4 August 2026 to 5 August 2026 during official office hours. All bidders must quote the final price inclusive of applicable current taxes. Bidders are required to bring original NADRA identity cards for inspection purposes.
The Inspector General Headquarters reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with PPRA Rules.
