For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a federal-level asset disposal auction with an extended timeline extending to August 2026. The notice does not specify what items are being disposed of or their estimated aggregate value, suggesting asset categories may vary. Bidders need current FBR registration and active taxpayer status to participate. The compressed evaluation window (30 minutes post-closure) and fully automated winner selection via EPADS v2.0 indicate a straightforward process with minimal discretion. This appears to be a one-off auction rather than a framework arrangement.
Who can bid: Must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax with Active Taxpayer List status. PEC registration required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. Eligible entity types include individuals, partnerships, private/public companies, SOEs, and NGOs/IGOs. Typically, bidders must also maintain SECP registration for companies and valid CNIC for individuals.
