Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for technical services required to separate and furnish a warehouse office room at its Clifton facility in Karachi, Sindh. The project involves fabrication and installation of a partition room measuring 10 feet by 20 feet, comprising approximately 100 square feet of 12 mm tempered glass with mirror blur paper wrapping finish, complete with one tempered glass entrance door fitted with hydraulic motor and floor spring. The scope includes interior furnishing with workstations fabricated in high-quality chipboard with PVC lamination, provision of two file cabinets measuring 6 feet in height and 18 inches in depth, five mobile drawer boxes, and fabrication of a complete new ceiling including framework and finishing works. Bidders must be capable of providing skilled manpower, tools and equipment to execute work in strict compliance with PSO Health, Safety and Environment policies and procedures. The contractor must maintain site cleanliness with daily waste removal and complete the work within agreed timelines; delays without valid reasons may attract penalties.
