Construction of 1x Prefabricated Floor at Ilme-Rushd Block, NUML Main Campus

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of civil works to construct one prefabricated floor at the top floor of Ilme-Rushd Block at NUML Main Campus. This project has been reserved for procurement planned under FY 2026-27 and aims to cover eligible payments under the contract with reference NIT-54119. The scope encompasses structural and finishing works as detailed in the bidding documents. Single-stage-two-envelope procedure will be adopted using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount as described in the bid security section of the bidding documents, submitted in the form of a pay order, call at deposit or bid securing declaration as per specifications in the tender documents.

Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-PAD Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) to participate in the bidding process. Bids must comply with all eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents and be prepared in accordance with instructions provided in the e-Bidding documents. Bidders are required to register themselves on e-PADS v2.0 prior to submission, with registration guidance available through specified portal links and tutorial resources. Any vendor not yet registered on the newer version of e-PADS v2.0 may register via the vendors portal.

Bids prepared according to e-Bidding document instructions must be submitted through e-PADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bids opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM using e-PADS v2.0.
