For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a defence procurement tender issued by the Pakistan Navy's procurement directorate covering unspecified stores, equipment or services.
Scale cannot be determined from the covering documents alone; specifications appear in the Schedule to Tender (DP-2) not reproduced here. Bidders must navigate strict regulatory compliance (PPRA 2004, DPP&I-35 Revised 2024), possess or obtain DGDP registration, and provide substantial technical documentation in duplicate alongside commercial bids. The formal three-envelope submission structure and mandatory security clearance suggest a significant or sensitive contract. Likely one-off procurement rather than framework, but final terms depend on the Schedule to Tender.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered or willing to register with DGDP (Directorate General Defence Purchase) and possess requisite technical and financial capability. Security clearance is mandatory. Typically, suppliers must hold valid NTN and GST registration, provide audited financial statements, and demonstrate prior experience in defence supply or relevant sectors. Firms bidding on imported equipment must provide OEM Certificate of Conformance. DGDP registration details are available at 051-9270967.
