For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
AKAHP seeks a single supplier for complete moveable furniture supply and installation across two challenging regional locations—Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral. The scope is substantial (specific quantities withheld until bid document access) and includes design coordination via provided drawings. No partial bids allowed, so only full-service furniture firms should bid. The 30 July 2026 deadline is tight from document release perspective; early engagement with AKAHP contact is critical. This appears to be a one-time capital project rather than recurring supply.
Who can bid: Bidders must be established furniture manufacturers, authorised suppliers or experienced installation firms. Typically required are valid SECP registration, NTN certificate, and evidence of prior similar projects. Notice does not specify PEC registration, but experience documentation and business credentials are essential. Any statutory compliance certifications applicable to furniture supply in Pakistan should be current.
