The tender covers two primary routes: transportation from WPC Jam Sahib in Shaheed Benazirabad District to PRC House Type Godown Nawabshah (4480 bags of 101 kg each), and from WPC Bhiria City in Naushahro Feroze District to PRC Naushahro Feroze (14157 bags of 101 kg each), totalling approximately 18637 bags. Tender reference number AC-Tender(Crop-2025)/2026-2027/582 dated 13-07-2026 governs this procurement. Rates must be quoted per bag of 101 kg including all miscellaneous work charges such as loading, unloading, weighment, stacking and taxes. Bid security is required at Rs. 44800 for Route 1 and Rs. 141500 for Route 2.

Eligible transport contractors must demonstrate minimum turnover of Rs. 30 million per annum for the last three years supported by bank statements. Contractors without prior experience in the Food Department must provide certificates of similar capacity experience (handling and transporting more than 10000 metric tonnes of wheat) from government departments or established organizations, verified through tax records or the issuing authority. Existing Food Department contractors must submit no-dues certificates from the Deputy Director Food of their respective regions, and those awarded contracts in the last three years in Shaheed Benazirabad Region must provide no-dues certificates from the respective District Food Controller. Bidders must submit affidavits on non-judicial stamp paper (Rs. 100) confirming they are not blacklisted by any provincial or federal department, neither blacklisted nor defaulter with the Food Department Government of Sindh, will complete work without sub-contracting, and will provide three specimen signatures of authorized representatives attested by a First Class Magistrate or Oath Commissioner.

Bidders must submit complete company profile with addresses and telephone numbers, copies of CNICs of owners and representatives, FBR tax payer evidence, Sindh Revenue Board tax certificate, company registration certificate, and bank statements showing minimum turnover. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is a medium-scale transport contract for moving approximately 18,637 bags (approx. 1,881 metric tonnes) of wheat across two routes in Shaheed Benazirabad and Naushahro Feroze districts. The tender requires Rs. 30 million minimum annual turnover and prior experience with large-scale grain movement. Notably, existing Food Department contractors face less documentary burden if they hold valid no-dues certificates, suggesting this may favour repeat bidders. The closing date is tight, and the work appears time-bound to the post-harvest season, making this a one-off seasonal contract rather than ongoing.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered transport contractors with minimum annual turnover of Rs. 30 million (last three years), with prior experience moving over 10,000 MT of wheat. New bidders must obtain experience certificates from government or established organizations. Existing Food Department contractors must hold current no-dues certificates. Bidders must not be blacklisted nationally or with Food Department Sindh, and must provide attested specimen signatures and non-judicial affidavits as specified.
