Two concurrent tenders for industrial consumables: paint/phosphating materials for e-bike assembly (IT-6602) and fabrication support items (IT-6501). Both are one-off spot purchases for a government defence manufacturer. Scale appears small to medium based on typical e-bike component volumes. Closing deadline is extremely tight—notice provides only 2–3 weeks notice before bid closure. Suppliers must have prior experience with industrial OEM supply chains and rapid mobilisation capability.
Who can bid: Bidders must be reputed firms with demonstrable experience in supplying paint, phosphating, or fabrication materials to industrial manufacturers. Typically required: valid SECP business registration, active NTN, audited accounts, and no default history with government entities. Industry-specific certifications (e.g. ISO 9001 for quality, EPA/environmental clearance) may be required.
