Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Wing (Pakistan Rangers Punjab) invites sealed bids for the bulk purchase of medicine and laboratory kits and items for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0, utilizing a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is for essential medical supplies and laboratory consumables required by the Medical Wing based in Lahore Cantt, Punjab province, with reference number P65255.
Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or an alternative bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents.
